The investment fund Accent Equity 2012 has acquired San Sac from Priveq Investment Fund III and EnviroPac from its founder Rolf Harald Christensen.

San Sac and EnviroPac are two leading Nordic waste sorting and containment equipment solutions companies, with customers within the business-to-business and municipality segments. San Sac has its strongest foothold in Sweden and Denmark, and EnviroPac has its strongest foothold in Norway.

Accent Equity 2012 was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted primarily of Peter Alhanko, Johan Frost Bergman, Joel Englund, Viktor Nykvist and Sandra Röijer (M&A), Johan Carle and Klas Arvidsson (Competition), and Daniel Karlsson, Emilie Andersson and Thérèze Buskas (Banking and Finance).
