Allen & Overy LLP is advising Perry Capital on the successful placement of 2,365,940 shares of LEG Immobilien AG raising funds of around EUR 118 million.

The shares were sold to institutional investors by way of private placement in an accelerated book building.

Parallel to this placement, LEG Immobilien AG has utilised some of its authorised capital and increased its share capital. The new shares were also sold to institutional investors by way of private placement.

Allen & Overy has already advised Perry Capital on its investment in LEG NRW GmbH in 2008, on the corporate restructuring and all aspects of the IPO in 2013 as well as on a previous private placement.
