On 27 March 2018, Bygghemma Group First AB ("Bygghemma") was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Bygghemma is the leading online provider of home improvement products in the Nordic region.

Carnegie Investment Bank acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner while SEB and Berenberg were Joint Bookrunners in the IPO. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Bygghemma as to Swedish and US law. Baker McKenzie's team mainly consisted of Joakim Falkner, Henric Roth, Ian Gulam, Stefan Balazs, Johanna Flink, Per Blom and Linnea Back from the firm’s Stockholm office and Adam Farlow, Heather Byrne and Roger James from the firm’s London office.
