DLA Piper has assisted Falck Renewables S.p.A., an Italian listed company, in connection with the acquisition of 80 percent of the shares in Vestavind Kraft AS.

Vestavind Kraft AS is the owner of the wind power projects Hennøy in Bremanger and Okla in Selje. The acquisition was completed on 1 September 2017. The projects have a planned capacity of around 70 MW, which could provide an annual output of 230 GWh.
