Nctm Studio Legale, with a team led by Simone De Carli assisted by Mario Bonferroni, assisted Unieuro S.p.A. (“Unieuro”), the largest consumer electronics distributor and home appliance vendor for the number of retail outlets in Italy, in the acquisition and upgrading of Monclick Srl, one of the leading online operators in Italy active in the electronics market Consumption and in the B2B2C online market.

The closing of the transaction, announced last February and worth 10 million Euros, was finalized on 9 June. The acquisition will enable Unieuro to increase revenue in the online segment by strengthening its position in the Italian market and enabling entry into the promising B2B2C sector.
