PARTNER MOVES - New Partner for Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Brussels office

As of 21 March 2016, Ursula O’Dwyer will join the Brussels office of business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as a partner. Ursula O’Dwyer has been practising EU law in Brussels since 1987. In 2006, she founded the Brussels office of Philip Lee where she has been working since then.

Ursula O’Dwyer specialises in International Trade law, including anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases, and in EU State aid and competition law. Her clients are multinational companies, trade associations and government agencies, whom she advises and represents in cases before the EU Commission and the EU Courts.

Ursula O’Dwyer practiced law in Dublin prior to moving to Brussels and joining Coopers & Lybrand (PwC) in 1987. Between 2000 and 2006 she was a partner at Crosby Renouf.

Ursula O’Dwyer joins the firm with Anamaria Jinaru, who will be working in Brussels as an associate.
