Roschier announces the appointment of Antti Ihamuotila as a partner in the firm’s Helsinki office. Antti Ihamuotila has worked for more than 15 years in London and will be joining Roschier from his current position as a partner in the corporate department of leading international law firm Latham & Watkins.

Roschier strengthens its cross-border capabilities in the areas of capital markets and corporate finance transactions in the Nordic region by adding Antti Ihamuotila as a partner in its leading capital markets practice. He is a highly skilled and widely recognized practitioner who has over 15 years’ broad experience of international capital markets transactions, including in-depth expertise in equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance, public M&A and corporate advisory. The appointment will bring additional depth to Roschier’s already robust service offering in these areas and increase the team’s ability to serve its clients on an even broader scale, in particular with regard to international transactions originating from the Nordic region.
