Roschier advised Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget Skandia in the creation of a joint venture with Vattenfall AB (publ) established for the purpose of investing approx. SEK 2 billion in four wind farms in Sweden with a total capacity of 141 MW. The farms will be run by a jointly owned company.
 
This is the first time a Swedish insurance company made a direct investment in the construction of new Swedish wind power. The co-operation also enables a faster build out of a sustainable energy system.
