DLA Piper has advised Laureate Education, Inc on its recent acquisition of SEEK Limited's remaining 80% interest in THINK: Education Group Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries for A$112 million.

Laureate Education is a leading international network of quality, innovative institutions of higher education with more than 75 accredited campus based and online universities offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs to nearly 800,000 students around the world.

DLA Piper corporate partner Michael Reed advised Laureate Education on the deal, with senior associate Michelle Monteleone and other solicitors, including conducting the legal due diligence process, advising on the transaction documentation and financing, and managing the completion process.
