Lawrence Graham has advised Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding Company ("Al Tayyar") on its first investment in the UK.  Al Tayyar acquired Elegant Resorts Limited, a travel agency business specialising in luxury travel and tailor-made holidays, from Thomas Cook UK Limited for consideration of £14,300,000.
