DLA Piper has expanded its German corporate practice with the hire of Florian Hirschmann, who joined the firm as a partner on 1 April 2014. Florian joins from White & Case, and brings with him two associates.
Florian's experience focuses on M&A, as well as private equity and venture capital. He also specialises in international restructuring, joint ventures and company law. Florian has particularly strong business links with Chinese clients.
DLA Piper has recently expanded its private equity practice in Munich, with the hires of Jan Schinköth and Dominik Stühler alongside a team from Kirkland & Ellis.
