Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised long-time client Arysta LifeScience on its acquisition of France-based Goemar group from private equity firms BeCapital and Pechel Industries.
Goëmar is a global manufacturer and supplier of biostimulation, biocontrol and innovative nutrition for plants. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This strategic acquisition will bring to Arysta over 40 years of research and technical expertise in biosolutions, with a broad portfolio of highly differentiated products, cutting-edge innovation, and an industry-leading commercial organization with complementary competencies and geographic reach.
