The Investment Funds Team at Lawrence Graham LLP, the London-based business law firm, has advised Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (AOF) on its move from AIM to the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and US$29.2 million fundraising by way of a placing of C Shares.  AOF invests in value, arbitrage and special situations opportunities derived from the continent of Africa.

The Lawrence Graham team advising AOF included corporate partners Nick Heather and John Reed, corporate senior associate Kris Rogers and corporate associate Sam Lester.
