The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Simon Perry supported by solicitors Adam Campbell and Tom Rose.
Zayo Group was advised by Nick Tomlinson, Amar Madhani and Alex Lloyd of Gibson Dunn. Ed Harris, Leanne Moezi and Oliver Vallee of Hogan Lovells advised management.
