Global specialist law firm Dechert LLP announced today that Dr. Rüdiger Herrmann has joined the firm in Frankfurt as a partner. A corporate attorney, Herrmann focuses his practice on transactions in the life sciences industry and is a welcomed addition to Dechert’s top-ranked global life sciences practice.

Herrmann focuses his practice on assisting national and international clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medtech sectors in mergers and acquisitions, collaborations, licensing agreements, initial public offerings, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience advising life sciences clients on cross-border matters, including in Europe, the United States, China and Taiwan.
