Dentons' Paris Managing Partner Pascal Chadenet and Associate Tanit Gendre advised Expanscience on Nabucox acquisition.
Expanscience, a dermatology and rheumatology-specialized laboratory, has purchased anti-osteoarthritis medication Nabucox from the independent, family-owned laboratory Mayoly Spindler, which specializes in gastroenterology, ENT and rheumatology.
 
This acquisition must be considered in the context of the high growth strategy Expanscience has been implementing since 2011 when it became independent.

Nabucox generates €4.3 million and was previously owned by Mayoly Spindler for several years.
 
The transaction—the price of which has been kept confidential—is the achievement of an official non-intermediated process launched six months ago by Mayoly Spindler seeking to sell the medication.
