DLA Piper has advised Tilad, a multi-family office from the Gulf region, on the acquisition of a logistics centre in Offenbach an der Queich.
Gutperle+Ertl GmbH, a family office based in Viernheim, and overseas private investors have each sold a section of the building for the logistics centre Interpark 37. The investment was financed by the Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen.
The logistics centre Interpark 37, which is located conveniently for transport by road, rail and waterways networks in the Rhine/Neckar metropolitan region, covers an area of roughly 235,000 square metres. Section one of the building consists of an area of approximately 91,000 square metres, while section two, construction of which which was completed in June of this year as an extension of the entire property and owned by Gutperle+Ertl GmbH prior to the sale, covers an area of approximately 44,000 square metres.

Jones Lang LaSalle was involved in an advisory and brokerage capacity for the seller as part of an exclusive sole marketing commission. CBRE advised the buyer on the transaction.
