Davis Polk is advising Blackbaud, Inc. in connection with its approximately $160 million acquisition of MicroEdge Holdings, LLC. The transaction is subject to Hart-Scott-Rodino approval and customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in the 2014 calendar year.
