Squire Patton Boggs has advised technology startup ScriptRock on its US$8.7 million Series A Financing with August Capital, Square Peg Ventures and Valar Ventures. The funds will be used to build up the company’s sales, marketing and engineering teams.
Founded in Australia, and now based in Palo Alto, California, ScriptRock specializes in DevOps and configuration monitoring, helping enterprises rapidly deliver software across internal or externally managed services. It serves more than 400 enterprises worldwide, including Cisco, Trek, Amadeus and ADP.
The Squire Patton Boggs team advising ScriptRock was led by Corporate and Technology Partner Richard Horton (Palo Alto; Sydney) and corporate attorneys David Saltzman (Palo Alto), Laura Kacenjar (San Francisco) and Miharu Furihata (San Francisco).
