PARTNER MOVES - Dentons welcomes new real estate partner in London

Dentons is pleased to announce that Andrew Henderson has joined its London office as a partner in the Real Estate department. Andrew joins from Herbert Smith Freehills where he was a senior associate in the firm's Real Estate division in London.

Andrew has extensive experience in real estate and real estate finance in the core real estate, energy and infrastructure, corporate real estate and restructuring and insolvency sectors. He is adept at handling acquisitions and disposals, having been involved in a number of complex real estate transactions in the UK over the past five years.

Andrew joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an associate after qualifying in 2001. Having previously worked at Halliwells and SJ Berwin, Andrew joined Herbert Smith Freehills as a senior associate in 2007.
