DLA Piper has advised ID&T and SFX Entertainment on the acquisition of Air Festival Holding.  Through this transaction SFX Entertainment has acquired interests in the famous Dutch festivals Amsterdam Open Air, Buiten Westen, Milkshake, Kingsday, TikTak and Valhalla. Air has won multiple awards for sustainability, best use of technology and best sound.

By acquiring the ID&T Group in 2013 SFX Entertainment, an American media conglomerate founded by media entrepreneur Robert F.X. Sillerman, expanded its global event network for electronic dance music. Recent transactions such as the acquisitions of B2S and Air Festival has allowed SFX Entertainment to expand its network even further globally.
