Taylor Wessing has advised Mailcloud, the online platform that allows users to organise their entire history of emails, files and content by person, on its recent fundraising.
The funding, from Octopus Investments, includes investment from Bessemer Venture partners, Kima Ventures, Seedcamp and a number of angel investors, including Skyscanner co-founder Barry Smith, Irish tech entrepreneur Ray Nolan and Daniel Malhery, founder of Deezer.
