Entra ASA has listed on Oslo Bors. The Entra IPO is historically one of the largest international IPOs in Norway, sizable in an European context and the first privatisation in Norway since the 2005 IPO of Cermaq.

Wikborg Rein acted as legal counsel to the Norwegian government represented by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries in the dual track process (IPO or trade-sale).
