Irwin Mitchell's real estate team has advised Ellandi, the specialist shopping centre investor and asset manager, on the acquisition of The Strand Shopping Centre, Bootle from Kennedy Wilson.
 
The 350,000+ sq. ft. retail scheme is situated in a prominent location within Bootle town centre and provides the town’s prime retail offering. Key retailers within the centre  include Marks & Spencer Outlet, Wilkinsons, Boots, Argos, New Look & Tesco.
