Paul Hastings LLP is representing TierPoint in its acquisition of Xand, a leading, privately held provider of colocation, cloud, disaster recovery, and managed services with six data centers located in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

TierPoint is a leading provider of cloud, colocation, and managed services. TierPoint was founded in July 2010 as Cequel Data Centers with the acquisition of Colo4. Subsequent acquisitions included Philadelphia Technology Park, LLC (June 2014), Perimeter Technology (November 2011), TierPoint (May 2012), Adhost (December 2012) and Baltimore Technology Park (June 2013). The combined company was rebranded as TierPoint in July 2013. Tierpoint was acquired by its management and an investor group in June 2014. Paul Hastings lawyers advised TierPoint in all of these transactions.
