NCTM Studio Legale Associato has assisted Banca IMI S.p.A., acting as global coordinator and bookrunner of a pool of banks consisting of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., Bayerische Landesbank–Filiale di Milano, Banca Carige S.p.A. and Credito Valtellinese S.C., in the financing for a total value of EUR 110 million to Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A., company specialising on healthcare receivables issued by local health institutions, hospitals and public administrations, assisted by Santa Maria Studio Associato, with a team composed by partner Alessio Gerhart Ruvolo, and associates Catherine Napoli and Nicoletta Belletini.

The team of NCTM was coordinated by equity partner Corrado Verna assisted by salary partner Matteo Gallanti and associate Martina Marmo.

This is the third financing made available to Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. followed by NCTM as legal advisor of the financing banks over the past 12 months. NCTM has advised, last August, UniCredit S.p.A., acting as global coordinator, bookrunner and financing bank on the EUR 197.5 million financing, and in December 2013, Banca IMI S.p.A. acting as global coordinator and bookrunner of a pool of banks in the EUR 255 million financing. Santa Maria Studio Associato has assisted Banca Farmafactoring S.p.A. in all the above deals.
