Bingham represented Boot Barn Holdings Inc., a California-based apparel and boots retailer, in its $80 million initial public offering. Boot Barn offered 5 million shares at $16 per share to rake in $80 million in its public debut, the company said in a statement. That offering price fell on the high end of the initial $14- to $16-per-share range that Boot Barn set last week. The Bingham team, led by partner Tim Rupp, included partner Cynthia Dunnett, associates Sara Carian and Jason Capps, and former partner, the late Rick Welch.
