Osborne Clarke advises Fever Tree on AIM IPO

Osborne Clarke has advised Fevertree Drinks plc (Fever-Tree), the world’s leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers, on its successful £154 million AIM IPO.

The IPO, which was arranged by Investec, raised approximately £93 million for the company and the selling shareholders, including Lloyds Development Capital. Dealings in the shares, which have been priced at 134 pence, are expected to commence on AIM on 7 November 2014.

The Osborne Clarke team, which was led by corporate finance Partners Jonathan King and Mark Wesker, comprised Senior Associate Samantha Myers,  Associate James Davies and Trainee Tom McGinn.

Commenting on the IPO, Osborne Clarke Head of Equity Capital Markets, Jonathan King said:
