International legal services provider, Osborne Clarke, has hired Russell Van Praagh as a Corporate Partner in its London office.

Russell joins Osborne Clarke from the London office of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP.

He focuses his practice on private equity, venture capital and investment-related work for institutions, family offices and private individuals.
