Roschier represents Altor Fund III and its portfolio company Apotek Hjärtat Holding AB in relation to the exit process entailing an Initial Public Offering and listing of shares in Apotek Hjärtat on NASDAQ Stockholm or a sale of Apotek Hjärtat to a private buyer. The exit process resulted in a sale of Apotek Hjärtat to ICA Gruppen AB at a price of SEK 5.7 billion on a debt free basis. Prior to the sale, Apotek Hjärtat had been approved for listing by the listing committee of NASDAQ Stockholm.
