We advised the owners of Med Group Oy in the sale of majority of Med Group Oy to Adelis Equity Partners Fund I.

Med Group is one of the fastest growing healthcare service provides in Finland. The company, founded in 2007, has a turnover of approximately 50 million euros and employes approximately 800 persons and it serves both private and public sector.
