DLA Piper advised Neothetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEOT), a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company developing therapeutics for the aesthetic market, in the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,650,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $14.00 per share.

The San Diego-based DLA Piper team representing Neothetics was led by partners Michael Kagnoff and Larry Nishnick, and associates Patrick O'Malley and Lindsey Wyman.
