LETT has assisted Dubex A/S in connection with the acquisition of all assets of the IT enterprise eSec Managed Services A/S.

Dubex A/S is one of the market leaders in IT security. The eSec core business is based on hosted IT security solutions, which is one of Dubex's growth areas.

The former owner will continue in Dubex being in charge of the management of eSec employees and the development of new managed security services.
