The French Kering group, a world leader in apparel and accessories, announced that the acquisition of the Swiss haute horlogerie watch manufacturer Ulysse Nardin (founded 1846) has been completed. Kering is the owner of brands such as Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Girard-Perregaux and Puma.

Kering has been advised by Homburger as lead legal counsel.
