Baker & McKenzie Advises Ingram Micro on the Acquisition of Armada Shares

A cross-border team of lawyers from Esin Attorney Partnership, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, and Baker & McKenzie's London office advised Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 500 company, on its acquisition of shares in Armada Bilgisayar Sistemleri San. ve Tic. A.S., a leading Turkish IT company.

The Firm advised Ingram Micro Inc. on Aptec Holdings Limited's (an Ingram Micro entity) acquisition of shares representing approximately 58 percent of the share capital of Armada Bilgisayar Sistemleri San. ve Tic. A.S. (Armada Computer Systems) from private shareholders. The deal was signed on 15 October 2014 and closed on 1 December 2014.

The team was led by M&A Partner Muhsin Keskin (Istanbul) together with Compliance Partner Birturk Aydin (Istanbul), Compliance Partner Sunny Mann (London) and Corporate/M&A Partner Gordon Low (London).
