NRP Eiendom 2010 AS sells Nordic logistics portfolio with assets of approx. EUR 300 million (DKK 2.2 billion) across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland to Cordea Savills.
The portfolio comprises of 10 prime logistic properties let to tenants such as El Giganten, DHL, Tata Steel, Ahsell and Prime Cargo with average unexpired terms in excess of ten years. The portfolio includes strategic assets such as Prime Cargo’s headquarter in Kolding, Denmark, and three other logistics buildings in Denmark. In the other Nordic countries the portfolio includes El Giganten’s giant Nordic distribution hub in Jonkoping, comprising approx. 100,000 sq m of accommodation, and DHL’s Gothenburg terminal. The acquisition of the portfolio is the first investment done by Cordea Savills’ newly launched Nordic Logistics Fund.
NRP Eiendom 2010 AS is a closed end real estate fund established in December 2010. The investment mandate of the fund is to invest in commercial properties throughout the Nordic countries (excluding Iceland) with primary focus on larger properties within logistics/storage, retail and light industry.
