Swiss passenger and cargo air carrier Farnair Group has been sold to ASL Aviation Group after the required regulatory approvals had been obtained. The Farnair Group operates a fleet of 20 cargo and passenger aircraft and provides a wide range of aviation services across the world. The transaction brings together a total of seven affiliated airlines, a fleet of 80 aircraft and approx. 1,500 employees under the Dublin based ASL Aviation Group.
