Guangdong TeamGiant New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“TeamGiant”, stock code: 831437) was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) system.

TeamGiant was advised by a team led by Shenzhen-based senior partner Yang Qianwu. The team also included senior partner Zuo Qingyun, associates Fan Yun and Xu Kai and paralegals Luo Jianling, Wang Jun and Zhong Hongdao.

TeamGiant, located in Longhua New District of Shenzhen, is a hi- and new-tech enterprise engaged in the R&D, manufacture and sale of lithium-ion cell and battery and multi-functional mobile power pack. TeamGiant is the first NEEQ-listed enterprise among the first eight hi-tech enterprises incubated at the Longhua New District of Shenzhen for prospective listing.
