Stage Entertainment and Albert Verlinde Entertainment will combine their Dutch operations in an agreement in which Stage Entertainment acquires all of Albert Verlinde Entertainment’s shares. Albert Verlinde will assume the role of managing director at Stage Entertainment Netherlands.
