Allen & Overy advises Thai Union Frozen Products Public Company Limited on its USD1.51 billion acquisition of Bumble Bee Seafoods, which was announced today.

The Allen & Overy team is led by partner Eric Shube (New York) with financing support provided by partner Ian Powell (Hong Kong) and corporate support by partner Suparerk Auychai (Bangkok). Additional team members include Nick Marchica, Natalie Montano and Fiona Cumming.
