Castellum divests real property in Malmö for SEK 237 million

Castellum’s wholly owned subsidiary Fastighets AB Briggen has divested two properties in Malmö to MKB Fastighets AB for SEK 237 million. The main property comprises 40,500 square metres of storage, office, industrial and mixed-use facilities for, among others, healthcare and education providers.

Castellum is one of the major listed real property companies in Sweden. The fair value of the real property portfolio amounts to approximately SEK 40 billion, and comprises premises for office, retail, warehouse and industrial purposes. Castellum is listed on NASDAQ Stockholm. Briggen is one of the major real property companies in the Öresund region.

Briggen was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team primarily included Hillevi Börjesson, Johan Ljungberg and Charlotte Nyström.
