Roschier represented Orkla, a leading supplier of branded consumer goods in the Nordic and Baltic region, in its acquisition of 67% of the shares in Condite Oy. The strategically important acquisition is carried out through Orkla’s wholly-owned subsidiary KåKå AB and will further strengthen Orkla’s leading position in the Nordic region in sales and distribution to the bakery and café market.
