Advising Urbis Park in connection with the sale and lease-back transaction to Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund II (BEREPF II) of two car parks located in Paris and Lyon, through a sale and lease-back transaction.

The two car parks are respectively located in Paris (75009, parc Trinité d’Estienne d’Orves with a capacity of 748 parking spaces) and in Lyon (parc Lyon-Vaise with a capacity of 850 parking spaces) and  have been leased by Urbis Park pursuant to long-term leases, the operation of the car parks being still ensured by Urbis-Park through its operating subsidiary Urbis-Park Services.

The portfolio of car parks held by BEREPF II now includes about a dozen car parks located in six European countries (the Netherlands, United-Kingdom, Germany, Norway, Ireland and France).
