Delphi has been legal advisor to Stiftelsen Skogssällskapet in connection with the sale of the property Götebo 1:14 in Lerum municipality to Trivselhus.

The property consists of land in the area Lilla Bråta in Lerum, just outside Gothenburg. The area is just under 130,000 square meters, to be distributed on 54 plots. The property owner has received planning permission which has been administrated by Skogssällskapet. Depending on the interest of the market, some of the plots can be leased as tenant-owners right in the form of, for example townhouse. The transaction is conducted through the wholly owned subsidiaries Tomtbolaget THV AB and Skogssällskapet Lilla Bråta AB.
