DLA Piper has advised the shareholders of Bike24 GmbH on an investment by The Riverside Company.
Bike24 is one of the leading online dealers for cycling requirements and related equipment for customers in Europe and around the world.
The Riverside Company is a private equity firm with worldwide operations which specializes in the acquisition of growing companies with an enterprise value of up to 250 million US dollars. Since its founding in the year 1988, the Riverside Company has invested in more than 370 transactions. The private equity firm’s international portfolio includes more than 75 companies.
