Jiangsu 3A International Advertising Corporation (“3A Advertising”, stock code: 832048) has successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotation (“NEEQ”) system. 3A Advertising was advised by Shanghai-based partner Wang Yue, attorneys Deng Wei and Yu Zhichao and paralegal Zheng Jianrui.

3A Advertising, which was formerly known as Zhenjiang 3A Advertising Corporation, was founded in May 2000. It was the largest one amongst more than 520 advertising companies based in Zhenjiang in terms of scale, space and productivity. In 2006, 3A Advertising launched a branch office in Dagang New Area, Zhenjiang; in 2007, another branch office was launched in Jiading District, Shanghai. The core business of 3A Advertising includes: portrait, jet printing, billboard construction, outdoor media, display appliance, electronic advertising products, exhibitions and events. 3A Advertising is also the first NEEQ-listing enterprise in Zhenjiang in the year 2015.
