Ashurst advises Crown on A$400m subordinated notes II offer

Ashurst has advised Crown Limited on a A$400 million subordinated notes offer to assist with the financing of Crown Sydney, Crown Towers Perth and other anticipated growth projects.

A prospectus for the offer was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 17 March 2015.

The offer forms part of Crown's ongoing capital management strategy and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Ashurst team was led by partner Paul Jenkins, and included special counsel James Morris and senior foreign associate Caroline Smart (Finance); with partner Elspeth Arnold, special counsel Corey Lewis, senior associate Megan Trethowan and lawyers David Wright, Matt Vitale, Lauren Harris and Katrina Fong (Corporate).
