Dentons advised Geo Renewables on the sale of shares in a company the owner and operator of a 38 MW wind farm in Wroblew in central Poland, to IKEA Group.
The wind farm, which recently launched its operation, was jointly owned by Geo Renewables, China-CEE Fund and Enlight Renewable Energy. As part of the sale Dentons also advised Geo Renewables on the exit of China-CEE fund and Enlight Renewable Energy from the project. The Dentons team was led by Arkadiusz Krasnodebski, Warsaw office Managing Partner and the head of the Energy practice in Europe, and supported by Warsaw-based Counsel Agnieszka Kulinska and Associate Jan Dubinski.
