JT&N is pleased to announce that it represented Bombardier in entering into a comprehensive joint venture contract with Tianjin Airport Economic Area.  The joint venture company was established to support the maintenance, repair, overhaul, associated activities and services for all Bombardier business aircraft and, subject to certain conditions, for Bombardier commercial aircraft.  As an important foreign-invested aviation project in Tianjin municipality, this project highlights Bombardier’s continued expansion into the Chinese market and their commitment to customer’s needs in the region.

The JT&N team is led by senior partner Guohua (Annie) Wu.  “We are honored to have played an important role in this very important transaction for Bombardier.” said Ms. Wu.  Work on this project finds JT&N again providing the type of leading legal services that global clients have come to expect from our firm.
