Eversheds advises Marks & Spencer on Brussels store opening

The Brussels office of law firm Eversheds has advised Marks & Spencer on the opening of its new store in Brussels, which opened its doors on the 7 May 2015.

Eversheds advised M&S on all manner of operational work, including contract reviews, negotiations with suppliers, obtaining the required licenses for the café and food hall as well as data protection issues.

Established in 1884, Marks & Spencer currently has over 840 UK stores and over 480 international stores across 59 territories in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The Eversheds team was led by Client Partner Katharine Vickery, Partner Koen Devos and assisted by Melissa Lussan.
